What is the length of a promotion?

Promotions can vary in length, although we generally suggest that 1.5 to 2 hours is an effective length to achieve results and to keep your patrons engaged.

 

How regular should a promotion be?

We recommend that a promotion should be held weekly – on the same day and at the same time. This will ensure that your patrons are aware of when to expect the activity and will encourage a routine attendance.

 

How much is a hosted promotion?

Our prices are based on the length of time that the Venue Host is required. Our standard rate covers the host for between one and two hours.

 

Does the price change on different days or times?

No. Our fees remain the same on every day of the week and at any time (morning, afternoon or evening).
